At every half second, there is something in the world worth recording. This gives photography’s its role of telling us what has happened. So we cannot say that we did not know, and in doing so, we are all apart of something besides ourselves. This is where my passion for photography comes from. I want my work to have a basic truth. This is why I have chosen street photography as my style of work. There is something more meaning full about people when they are not consciously putting on a show for others. Street photography is a mixture of artistic form and a story that records history in progress and allows the photographers to witness it. I find that street photography has truth that is a little more basic and a vibrant life that can only be found on the street. When I see a moment worth recording, I get caught in the moment. There is so much to going on worth recording, from the overall event to the smallest in obscure detail.
